Uploaded files

Files are used only to perform the requested PDF operation or local subtitle transcription. They are stored in temporary job directories and removed after processing. Interrupted jobs may remain for up to one hour before cleanup. Audio and video uploaded for subtitles are processed locally on this server and are not sent to the reference website.

Video links

The public video tool receives the URL you submit and temporarily downloads the selected public media to prepare your response. Temporary video files are removed after the response finishes or during the hourly cleanup. Do not submit private links, login cookies or content you are not authorized to save.

Technical logs

The server may record standard request information such as IP address, time, requested path, response status and browser user agent for security and reliability. File contents are not intentionally written to access logs.

Accounts and analytics

The current service does not require user accounts and does not currently use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

Security

Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. No online service can guarantee absolute security; avoid uploading sensitive media or documents when temporary server processing is not acceptable.
